| INDIANAPOLIS — The Indiana Department of Health today announced that 1,777 additional Hoosiers have been diagnosed with COVID-19 through testing at state and private laboratories. That brings to 614,946 the number of Indiana residents now known to have had the novel coronavirus following corrections to the previous day’s dashboard.A total of 9,432 Hoosiers are confirmed to have died from COVID-19, an increase of 80 from the previous day. Another 375 probable deaths have been reported based on clinical diagnoses in patients for whom no positive test is on record. Deaths are reported based on when data are received by the state and occurred over multiple days. Decatur County – 2499 positives (4 new) and 10,801 tests (19 new) Bartholomew County -6659 positives (20 new) and 35,367 tests (85 new) Jennings County – 2009 positives (3 new), 9329 tests (15 new) and 37 deaths (1 new) Ripley County – 3016 positives (11 new) and 12,299 tests (30 new) Shelby County – 4233 positives (22 new) and 17,225 tests (37 new) Rush County – 1564 positives (5 new) and 7216 tests (16 new) Franklin County – 1499 positives )3 new) and 5833 tests (11 new) To date, 2,912,183 unique individuals have been tested in Indiana, up from 2,907,032 on Monday.
