Two incumbents file

A recent report from the Decatur County Clerk’s Office shows that Nathan Harter IV has filed seeking re-election for Prosecuting Attorney of Decatur County, 69th Judicial Circuit. Kenny Hooten filed for Decatur County Council District 2. That same day’s filings show that Jeremy Pasel filed for Decatur County Commissioner District 2. That seat now has a race as David Gray, Jr. also seeks the republican nomination.
