The Lady Cougars battled the Borden Braves at 10 am on Saturday morning. What a battle it was indeed! The Cougars were able to make the first basket of the game but the Braves took it from there. South Decatur made several attempts at slowing Borden down but it wasn’t enough. The clock was running in the second half with Borden leading 57-20 at the end of the third. South Decatur Ladies have a lot to be proud about when they talk about this game even if it wasn’t the win. Final Score Borden 64 South Decatur 26. South Decatur finished the Season 16-12. It was a great season for the Lady Cougars.
