The Greensburg 7th grade girls’ basketball team is off to a great start improving their record to 4 and 0 after beating South Decatur 50 to 10. Scoring for the Pirates were Sophie Buening 27, Lulu Webb 13, Alivia Bishop 4, Peyzlee Ferdinand 4, and Makayla Kieffer 2.
The Greensburg 8th grade girls’ basketball team won a tough game against South Decatur 36-27 to bring their season record to 2 and 2. Scoring for the Lady Pirates were Kahlen Adams 12 points, Sophie Buening 12, Aubrie Barnes-Pettit 6, Maya Kennelly 2, Carly Greiwe 2, Alivia Bishop 2. The young pirates are back in action Tuesday evening against North Decatur. The game will be played at the Greensburg High School.
