North Decatur traveled to Waldron to battle the Lady Cougars in round one of Sectional 59. South Decatur was leading in the low scoring first quarter 12-8. The Ladies continued to battle it out going into halftime South leading by one 15-14. The Chargers took over the third quarter 23-20. North Decatur dominated the Cougars in the final minutes of the fourth quarter taking the win. Final Score North Decatur 36 South Decatur 29. North Decatur will advance to round 2 on Friday. The Ladies will play the winner of the Tri High and Waldron game Wednesday night.
