| The Lady Chargers claimed their second consecutive Championship on Tuesday at the South Decatur 5 team Invitational. Leading the charge for North was freshman Jewel Verseman finishing in 5th place while setting a new PR in a time of 25:37. A trio of sophomore led by Ava Lecher, Olivia Reisman and Lauren Miller also ran tremendous races for the Lady Chargers. Freshman Emerson Gunn (New PR) and Madison Rohls (New PR) continued to show consistent improvement while Junior Cecilia Barber rounded out the scoring for North with a season best time. The Lady Chargers return to action on Saturday, September 2 at the East Central Invite. |
