| Monday evening the North Decatur girls golf team braved the heat to face Greensburg at North Branch on Prairie. Despite a season low team score of 227, the Chargers fell to Greensburgs team score of 220. Addie Gauck tied for meet medalist with Anne from Greensburg both with scores of 44. The rest of the team score was made up by Kaylee Smith (56), Mary Stier (62), and Lizzie Custer (65). Kail’C Ruble also played varsity and shot a 67. Three golfers also played JV Monday evening. Chase Christianson shot 66 and Ellie Grote and Jaylynne Krahn each shot 69. Next up the Chargers travel to Blue Bear Golf Club face Morristown on Tuesday. |
