Kenneth Ray Creamer, 63 of Westport passed away at 11:28 p.m. on Friday, January 29, 2021 at his residence. He was born on April 19, 1957 in Martinsville, the son of Francis R. & Betty A. (Sawyer) Creamer. He was raised in Brown County, and has been a resident of Decatur County since 1973. Kenneth worked at Gehring Underground Pipeline & Utilities in Columbus for 13 years and at Lowes Warehouse in North Vernon for 14 years. Kenneth was a member of the Alert United Methodist Church. He enjoyed flea markets, yard sales, Westerns and spending time with his grandchildren. He married Linda L. Campbell on March 30, 1987 in Columbus and she survives. Other survivors include his son, Chris S. (Angel) Heath of Millhousen; sister, Connie Wright of Greensburg; brothers, Roger (Sandy) Creamer and James (Barb) Creamer both of Westport; step brothers, Jeff (Janet) Wright of Cifford and Allen (Sheila) Wright of Greensburg and 6 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents; stepfather, James Wright; brother, Robert C. Creamer; sister, Gloria Owens and step brother, Joe Wright. Following his wishes he will be cremated and a graveside service will be conducted on Wednesday, February 3, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. at the Westport Cemetery. Rev. Connie Barr will be officiating. Bass & Gasper Funeral Home and Crematory have been entrusted with the arrangements.
