Margaret Ann Wagner, 84, of Rushville, passed away on March 5, 2021 in Greensburg at Arbor Grove Village.
Ann, as she was called by friends and family, was born on September 7, 1936 in Beaumont, Texas, the daughter of Parry Lee and Willie Beatrice Wigley. Ann was a 1954 graduate of South Park High School in Beaumont. She was a homemaker most of her life and stayed busy raising 3 children. She enjoyed gardening, playing bridge with her friends, and traveling. She enjoyed singing most of all. At any time of day, you could hear her singing along with songs playing on the radio, and she would sing with church choirs especially around the holidays. She loved hummingbirds and collected art, drawings, and always put out bird feeders. She loved to cook, was a gracious host, and loved to socialize with friends sharing her special recipes.
Survivors include her Son – David (Joan) Wagner; Daughter – Julie (Steve) Comer; Grandchildren – Heather (Charles) Hall; Nick Comer, Angie Catey, Ashlyn Wagner, and several step grandchildren.
Great Grandchildren, Charles Hall, Jr., Luke Smith, Garrett Catey, and several step great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her Parents; Husband – Clifford Carl Wagner; Daughter – Terah Lynn Wagner; Sisters – Mary Lee Hathaway, Zelda Moore; Brothers – Carl Wigley, James Wigley; Great Grandchildren – Joshua Robinson.
