Rodney Dale Lozier, 54, of Greensburg, passed away at 7:57 a.m. on Monday, March 14, 2022 at I.U. Methodist in Indianapolis. He was born on April 21, 1967 in Greensburg, the son of Bobby Dale Lozier and Mary (Hermesch) McDonald. He was a lifelong resident of Decatur County and graduated from South Ripley High School in 1985. Rodney enjoyed video games, dirt bikes, fishing with his kids and hunting. He married Kimberly A. Whiteford on May 17, 2014 in Osgood and she survives. Other survivors include his daughters, Naquila Lozier and Arriona Lozier of Greensburg; his step-daughter, Kylie Whiteford of Greensburg; his sons, Brad Spurlock of Aurora and Hunter Lozier of Greensburg; his step-son, Dacoda Sneed of Greensburg, his 2 grandsons; his 2 step granddaughters; his half-sisters, Tammy Parsons of Westport and Brandy Coldwell of Greensburg; his step sister, April Atchley of Letts; his half-brother, Bobby Lozier, Jr. of Greensburg and his step brother, Paul Daniel Lawrence of New Orleans. He was preceded in death by his parents and granddaughters, Jocelyn and Shalyn Spurlock. Following his wishes, he will be cremated. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 19, 2022 at the Westport Christian Church Fellowship Hall in Westport with Pastor Nathan Muncie officiating.
