Ronald G. Howard, 77, of Greensburg, passed away at 2:17 a.m. on Saturday, June
17, 2023, at his residence. He was born on February 18, 1946, in Greensburg, the
son of Lloyd and sally (Craig) Howard. Ronald has been a lifelong resident of
Greensburg and a member of the Greensburg Wesleyan Holiness Church. Ronald
enjoyed flying remote controlled airplanes, NASCAR, auto racing and racing his
own race car. He married Patty Prewitt on November 15, 1967, in Greensburg, and
she survives. Also surviving are his sons; Jason (Shawna) Howard of Greensburg
and Craig (Jill) Howard of Batesville; his grandchildren, Brandon Meadows and
Trevor Howard; his step grandchildren, Jeffery and Jenifer Larco of Greensburg.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his son; Michael Howard, his sisters;
Betty Shafer and Mayme Welch, his brothers; Donald and Tommy Howard. Funeral
services will be conducted at 12:00 p.m. on Friday, June 23, 2023, at the Bass &
Gasper Funeral Home with Rev. Forest Hamilton officiating. The burial will be at
the South Park Cemetery in Greensburg. The time of visitation will be from 10:00
a.m. until the time of service at 12:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Online
