Shirley Lavone Belter, 81, of Greensburg went home to be with the Lord on June 28, 2021 at the Decatur County Memorial Hospital.
She was born on July 27, 1939 in Greensburg, the daughter of Herbert and Carmen Powers Francis. Shirley was a graduate of Sandusky High School. She worked for Barth Dental Laboratory and more recently for the Foster Grandparent Program at the Greensburg Elementary School.
Survivors include her sons, Steve (Kim) Belter of Greensburg, Brian Belter of Indianapolis.
Sister, Jean (Glenn) Wullenweber of Greensburg.
