Deputies make drug arrest in parking lot of Arbors at Water’s Edge Apartments.
Two arrests were made as a result of a warrant arrest in the parking lot at Arbor’s at Water’s Edge
Apartment Complex around 2:30am on February 26, 2025.
Deputy Dylan Prather located Timeeka Ramsey and Richard Clark in a vehicle. Deputy Prather initially
detained Ramsey for her five outstanding Bartholomew County warrants.
Here’s what’s alleged –
Consensual search was conducted and Deputies located methamphetamine, fentanyl, drug
paraphernalia, and a digital scale.
Timeeka Ramsey, 39yo of Columbus, IN remains in custody on $390,000 bond involving allegations of:
Dealing in methamphetamine a level 3 felony, dealing in a narcotic drug a level 4 felony, possession of
methamphetamine a level 5 felony, possession of a narcotic drug a level 6 felony, three separate
Bartholomew County felony warrants for possession of narcotic drugs, a Bartholomew County
misdemeanor warrant for visiting a common nuisance and a Bartholomew County misdemeanor
warrant for battery resulting in bodily injury.
Richard A. Clark, 44yo of Columbus, IN was arrested, but released on bond on the charges involving allegations of: possession of methamphetamine and possession of a narcotic drug.
