Fayette County Sheriff’s office arrests same individual twice in two weeks

For the second time in two weeks The Fayette County Sheriff’s Office has arrested Paul A Parsley 45 yrs old of Connersville.

On the morning of 1/26/2026 Deputy Conner Greenwell took report of a Domestic Battery that occurred at 334 Hickory Dr in Connersville.

During the course of the investigation Sheriff Zac Jones and Chief Deputy Dan Becker were notified of information surrounding the incident.

A search warrant was later executed at the residence resulting in several criminal charges being filed against Parsley.

Seized items are:

– 4.8 lbs of marijuana

– 117 THC edible packages

– 437 THC vape devices

– Digital scales

– $3944.00 cash (located in tank of toilet)

Paul A Parsley is charged with:

– Domestic Battery (prior conviction)

– Level 6 Felony- Dealing in Marijuana

– Level 5 Felony

– Maintaining a Common Nuisance

– Level 6 Felony

Parsley is also charged with Perjury (Felony 6) stemming from statements he made during a previous court appearance.

He is currently held at the Fayette County Jail with a 85k dollar bond. Parsley was out on 3 separate bonds from previous criminal cases at the time of his arrest.

All subjects are presumed innocent until proven guilty in Court.
