Governor Mike Braun will chair a joint public meeting of the board of directors of the Indiana Economic Development Corporation (IEDC) and the Indiana Economic Development Foundation Inc. at 3:00 p.m. ET on Thursday, Dec. 11, at the Indiana State Library in Indianapolis (315 W. Ohio St.).
The committees of the board of directors of the IEDC will also hold public meetings on Wednesday at the Indiana State Library at the following times:
Audit and finance – 1:00 p.m. (History Reference Room)
Entrepreneurship – 1:00 p.m. (Authors Room)
Business Development – 1:45 p.m. (History Reference Room)
Regional Economic Development – 2:00 p.m. (Authors Room)
The business development committee will also hold an executive session at 11:00 a.m. at the Indiana State Library for consideration of confidential pending investment requests made to the state of Indiana by industrial or commercial prospects (confidential proposals in progress), discussion of records classified as confidential by state or federal statute, discussion of records containing trade secrets, and confidential application information as provided in Indiana Code §§ 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(4) and (7) and Indiana Code §§ 5-14-3-4(a)(4) and (10).
