On Sunday, May 15, 2022, the IndyStar announced its 2022 Top Workplace award winners. The Indiana Department of Revenue was included on that prestigious list for the fourth consecutive year in the large company category. Coupled with two consecutive USA Top Workplace awards, this is the sixth employee engagement award received by the DOR team in the last four years.
This recognition is based on voluntary and anonymous feedback from DOR employees and is determined by benchmarking DOR’s results against similar size organizations that invest in culture, organizational health, and employee engagement.
