In April 2025 Bartholomew County Sheriff’s Office detectives began an investigation into allegations of
child molestation. A 14-year-old victim disclosed that she had been molested multiple times by 55y
Charles Reynolds of Seymour when she was approximately 6 to 7 years old.
After completion of the investigation an arrest warrant was issued in Jennings County for level 4 child
molestation. Reynolds was taken into custody on the above charge in Seymour, IN and remanded into
the custody of the Jennings County Jail. Reynolds remains in custody on a $75,000.00 bond.
