RIPLEY COUNTY, Ind.— CSX Railroad plans to close the U.S. 421 crossing in Osgood for repairs starting on or after Monday, May 17. The road is expected to reopen by end of day Saturday, May 22.An official detour will follow S.R. 350 to S.R. 129 to U.S. 50. Repair work will be rescheduled if needed due to inclement weather. Motorists are reminded to slow down, use extra caution, and drive distraction-free in and near work zones.
