North Decatur will be hosting the IHSAA Class 1A Softball Sectional 60 on May 22, 23, and 25 at the Decatur County Youth Sports Complex located on the west side of Greensburg by the Decatur County Fairgrounds.
Teams competing include Oldenburg Academy, South Decatur, Jac-Cen-Del, Waldron, and North Decatur.
**please note that this was originally a 6-team sectional; however, one participant has been forced to cancel the remainder of their season. This is the reason for the forfeiture of Game 3.
Dates: Session 1: Monday, May 22, 2023 5:30 pm & 7:30 pm
Session 2: Tuesday, May 23, 2023 6:00 pm
Session 3: Thursday, May 25, 2023 6:00 pm
Admission: Session: $7
Season: $15 (good for all three sessions)
(Gates will open one hour before the first session – Preschool is free)

Game 1: Jac-Cen-Del vs South Decatur (home) 5:30 pm
Game 2: Oldenburg vs North Decatur (home) *7:30 pm
*time is approximate depending upon the conclusion of the previous game
Session 2: Tuesday, May 23rd
Game 3: Forfeit (Winner of Game 1 advances to Championship)
Game 4: Waldron vs Winner of Game 2 (home) 6:00 pm
Session 3: Thursday, May 25th
Game 5: Winner of Game 3 vs Winner of Game 4 (home) 6:00 pm
