The Washington Township Office and North Decatur High School will be drop off locations for supplies in Greensburg or Decatur County to be delivered to the Civilian Crisis Response Team in Edinburgh, Indiana.
Please follow the donation schedule below for the township office.
Friday, Oct. 4 10 am- 4pm
Saturday, Oct 5 10 am- 1 pm
Monday, Oct 7 12 noon- 3 pm
Tuesday, Oct 8 11 am- 3 pm
Wednesday, Oct. 9 11 am -3 pm
Other times could be arranged by calling the Trustee office. The office is located at 1030 N Lincoln St, Suite 1400. This is in the Lincoln Street Business Center, on the south side of the building – facing Shirks International. Park on that side of the building only and enter the Township office door.
North Decatur High School will accept donations as organized by their National Honor Society.
School donation times and dates:
You can drop off there during regular school hours 8am- 3pm. Donations being accepted at the school beginning Friday, October 4 at 8 am and extending until Friday, October 11 at 3 pm.
Here is the list of items they are collecting. Please bring only these items.
-Baby formula (Powdered)
-Diapers
-Wet Wipes
-Small Bagged pet food 15 pounds or less
-Canned pet food
-Ready to eat food in sturdy packaging (Tuna, Peanut Butter, Etc) Please nothing requiring an opener
-Portable electric lanterns (Solar is best, battery is fine if you provide batteries)
-Trash Bags
-Toilet Paper
-Sanitary Napkins
-Hygiene Items (Toothpaste, Mouthwash, Dude Wipes/Adult Wet Wipes)
-Plastic silverware / Paper plates
-Plastic Tarps of any size
-Insulin Needles (NO Insulin or other medications)
-Alcohol Wipes
