In other matters –

A couple of resolutions were passed – to transfer operation fund monies to the prepaid lunch fund and also resolution to add a new PERF category.

Board officers for 25-26 are president Emily McNulty, vice president Ryan Maddox and the secretary will be Meredith Acra. The board also accepted the food bids. Dairy will go to Prairie Farms. The bakery will go to Gordon foods and the café food will also go to HPS/Gordon food services.

The board had the first reading of the Neola policies.

The board made some appointments last night through Stephanie Kress, board attorney for renewing two board members. Ryan Maddox and Emily McNulty will be reappointed. The Greensburg Mayor Joshua Marsh will re-appoint Ryan Maddox for second term and the Washington Township advisory board will re-appoint Emily McNulty for a second term. The board approved summer employee supplemental contracts. Michelle Adams, Amy Ralston, Shawn Ruble, Erin Buening, Misty Cooney, Sherry Dun, Kim Sebo, Jenny Schoettmer and Annie Wilkinson.

The board for two donations $1750 from the Kim Hayden memorial to GHS FCA and $15,000 donation from the City of Greensburg to the Greensburg Community Learning Center.

Also last night the board approved the 25-26 classified handbook. They also approved the 25-26 administrative contract increases and also approved a 2% pay increase to classified employees for 25-26 . That will be custodial staff , secretaries and central office classified employees, the maintenance staff, teaching assistants, technology employees, interventionists and SRO’s.

Field trips were approved for for next year including GHS Choral field trip to Chicago.

also approved the micro purchase threshold with no changes for 252 6 and they approved to dispose of two 2004 Chevy mini buses by auction. Those will be disposed of at Maddox auction later in the summer. Or also spend time graduating the Greenford junior high school on receiving full stem certification job well done by the entire staff and we know they put a lot of time and effort into getting that and they actually scored 100 % on the rubric so super super job for the grease for junior high school,

The board accepted some resignations and retirements Jack Obermeyer resigned from junior high senior high band assistant director position. Faith Muncy resigned from the elementary teaching assistant position, Carrie Crites retired from the GCS cafeteria. Kristine Weber resigned from the high school cafeteria. Charles Stauffacher resigned from student custodial position. Trish Hilshorst resigned from the. custodian position and Anita Jones resigned from high school cafeteria.
