United Fund receives Event Sponsorship from Honda

The Decatur County United Fund received a $2,000.00
contribution from Honda for the 29th Annual Auction themed “Viva Las Vegas”.
Joane Cunningham, Executive Director, stated, “We’re grateful to Honda for their sponsorship
and continued support of Decatur County United Fund. Their sponsorship not only helps us
create a memorable event, but more importantly, it strengthens our ability to serve our
community. When local businesses invest in our mission, it amplifies the impact we can make
together. Our mission is: Together Building Hope, Health, and Stability for Our Community!”
The 2025 campaign, United We Bring Hope, will support fifteen nonprofits with seventeen
programs and services in 2026. These agencies help our community thrive by providing
resources throughout our county. The Decatur County United Fund has been supported by
Honda for 17 years and this event sponsorship allows our final event of the year to shine. Last
year United Fund raised a record-breaking $152,181 at the auction, and we hope with the
support of our community we will exceed that again this year.
