Decatur County Memorial Hospital (DCMH) proudly welcomes board-certified Brianna Daeger, FNP-C, to the Family Medicine team at Tree City Medical Partners (TCMP) in Greensburg, Indiana. Brianna brings extensive experience in both clinical care and care management, along with a deep commitment to serving the community where she was born and raised.
Brianna began her healthcare career in 2008 in the DCMH Pharmacy before transitioning into nursing, where she gained hands-on experience in acute medical-surgical care. Over the years, she has expanded her expertise in care management, allowing her to positively impact patient outcomes both at the bedside and through coordinated care planning.
“I truly enjoy taking care of people and making a difference in their lives,” Brianna shared. “My goal is to promote better health outcomes while building strong, lasting relationships with my patients.”
Before joining the Tree City Medical Partners team as a Nurse Practitioner, Brianna worked alongside Natasha Struewing, WHNP, Jennifer Jersan, FNP-C, and the clinical team at a neighboring facility. She is especially excited to continue a full-spectrum approach to care, where she will serve patients of all ages.
A graduate of Greensburg High School and the University of Indianapolis, Brianna looks forward to continuing her work in the community that shaped her. “Providing care close to home means so much to me,” she said. “This is where I grew up, and I’m proud to give back to the people who have always supported me.”
Outside of her work, Brianna enjoys spending time with her husband, Truitt, and their three children, ages 8, 5, and 2. Together they love traveling, boating, and spending time at the lake. A lifelong golf enthusiast, she played competitively in high school and college and continues to enjoy the game whenever she can.
