By submitting your photo(s) to WTRE, you agree to the following terms:
- Permission to Use You grant WTRE Radio the non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide right to use, reproduce, publish, and distribute the submitted photo(s) in any media format, including but not limited to WTRE’s website, social media platforms, and promotional materials.
- Ownership and Authorization You confirm that you are the rightful owner of the submitted photo(s) or have obtained all necessary permissions from the owner(s) and any identifiable individuals in the photo(s) to share and authorize WTRE’s use of the material.
- No Compensation You understand that no monetary compensation will be provided for the use of your photo(s), and that WTRE may use the material for promotional or editorial purposes at its discretion.
- Minors in Photos If your submission includes images of minors, you affirm that you are the parent or legal guardian of the child(ren) depicted or have obtained appropriate consent from the parent or legal guardian.
- Right to Refuse or Remove WTRE reserves the right to refuse any submission or remove published photos at any time for any reason, including but not limited to concerns about content appropriateness or copyright.
- Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WTRE Radio from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the use of your submitted photo(s).
