The Decatur County Sheriff’s Department has two arrests to report;
27 Year Old Jonathan Garcia of Brownsville, Texas was arrested on an accusation of operating a vehicle while intoxicated.
22 Year old Andrew Richards of Clinton, Indiana was on a probable cause warrant.
