The Decatur County veteran and special persons banner ribbon cutting was held on Friday. According to Visit Greensburg and Bicentennial Director John Pratt, this event had one of the best turnouts of the bicentennial celebrations. In attendance were numerous veterans, including at least 10 who were Bronze Star recipients, and their families representing those shown in the banners.
