The 2026 Decatur County Fair kicks off on July 9. The first event for the Decatur County Fair is the queen pageant. This years pageant was held at the Greensburg High School on Friday June 26. Chris Fogle was this years Master of Ceremonies and helped 2025 Queen Addy Gauck perform her last duty as queen. Voted Miss Congeniality and second runner up was Ella Koors. First runner up was Macy Kinker with Ella Stromberg winning Miss Decatur County Fair Queen 2026. WTRE’s Emily and Kathy Verseman were also in attendance giving commentary as well as handing out the Beth Sanders Scholarship. The 2026 Beth Sanders Scholarship went to Ella Stromberg.
