- Alex Blake, Iron Men Properties of Greensburg, LLC is requesting a parking perimeter variance at 119 E. Railroad St.
- Alex Blake, Iron Men Properties of Greensburg, LLC is requesting an interior island variance for parking lot at 119 E. Railroad St.
- Alex Blake, Iron Men Properties of Greensburg, LLC is requesting a variance on number of parking spaces at 119 E. Railroad St.
- Alex Blake, Iron Men Properties of Greensburg, LLC is requesting a variance on the required buffer yard at 119 E. Railroad St.
The board voted Alan Campbell as President, Philip Diewert as Vice President, and Amber Coyne as Secretary.
