The meeting began at 8:01pm with the approval of the May 8, 2024 meeting minutes.
The commission voted to approve the primary and secondary plat for Jeff Whitaker at 1530 W. Veterans Way.
The commission voted to approve the following changes to the Unified Development Ordinance-
-Under Accessory Structure Standards it needed to be carried over from the last ordinance that 1 accessory structure is permitted on a parcel.
-Allowed Parking Surfaces.
With little discussion and no public comments, the meeting was adjourned.
