The Decatur County Area Plan Commission met on Wednesday.
Anita Sparks requested to subdivide approx. 15 acres into 3 parcels and to rezone approx. 2.99 acres on each parcel from A-1 zoning classification to an A-2 zoning classification for the construction of a single family detached dwelling on each parcel. The driveways have been approved by the highway department. The property is owned by the petitioner in Greensburg, Fugit Township. Petition 2022-15 was approved.
