The Decatur County Area Plan Commission met on Wednesday.
John, Elizabeth & David Roberson are requesting to “Subdivide” approx. 38 acres out of 73 acres and “Rezone” approx. 2.99 acres out of the approx. 38 acres from an A-1 an A-2 zoning classification for the construction of a single family detached dwelling. There is an existing home on the property that they plan to remove. Eventually there will be 2 homes placed- one on each part of the subdivided land. They plan to use the existing driveway for both properties. The property is owned by the petitioners in Greensburg, Sand Creek Township. Petition 2022-24 was approved.
David and Heather Gray are petitioning to “Rezone” approx. 2.99 acres out of 18.77 acres from an A-1 an A-2 zoning classification for the construction of a single family detached dwelling. This is to build their family home. The septic and driveway have been approved. The property is owned by the petitioners in Greensburg, Clay Township. Petition 2022-25 was approved.
