The meeting was called to order, and the meeting began with the approval of the April meeting minutes, financial report.
The board reviewed their cash and investments from April 2025. The board also discussed capital asset purchases during the month of April 2025. The board heard from the Planning Committee, Quality Management Committee, and the Finance & Compliance/Risk Management/Audit Committees.
Rex McKinney, CEO stated that DCMH recently gave out 9 scholarships to local students. The volunteer program is being rejuvenated, and we have 4 volunteers signed up. Next week, we will have our interns starting. There is a mix of clinical and non-clinical roles. Healthy Fair is next week on June 5th at Greensburg Elementary School.
