When Indiana was hit hard by the opioid epidemic, so was Decatur County. Since then,
Indiana, including Decatur County, has been doing its best to push back against the
opioid epidemic.
The Indiana Attorney General’s Office has secured millions of dollars for Hoosiers
through litigation involving several major drug manufacturers. As part of a settlement,
each county has been awarded a set amount of funds to be used to help fight the local
opioid epidemic.
How can the funds be utilized?

The local JRAC (Justice Reinvestment Advisory Council) has been tasked with administering
applications from the community regarding both restricted and unrestricted Opioid
