Decatur County Prosecutor Nathan Harter joined WTRE Thursday morning for his monthly update. Nathan reviewed the number of cases filed and closed during September and October, along with the jail population, noting an increase compared to previous months.
He also highlighted five recently resolved cases and discussed the recent bail amendment that was passed. Additionally, the Prosecutor’s Office is preparing to conduct interviews for a part-time Director of Services position.
