Every four years both parties must meet to have their Reorganization Caucus where the county party will select their county party leadership. On March 1, 2025, the caucus was held individually for each party. During the caucus Precinct Chairman and Vice Chairman vote for each position on their Central Committee.
Decatur County Republicans elected- Chair Nate Harter, Vice Chair Deanna Burkart, Secretary Melanie Nobbe, and Treasurer Kenny Nobbe.
Decatur County Democrats elected- Chair (temporary for 30 days) Terrence Hillman, Vice Chair- Vacant, Treasurer- Ryan Maddux, and Secretary Sarah Fleenor.
