The Greensburg Board of Aviation Commissioners met on Thursday.
There was a financial report given to the board. The total for all 3 accounts is $809,236.15.
Paul Shaffer of BF&S gave an update on construction. Partial Pay request #12 for $6,022.50 was approved. The joint use request between INDOT and the Greensburg BOAC was approved. The clock started again on April 1 and they now have 72 days to complete the project. Unfortunately, the weather has not allowed for a good start. They will be repairing damaged tile with proper protection and will also refill dirt that has been effected by the damage.
Don Tribbet came to the board to discuss property acquisition. The eminent domain regarding the Goddard Family, LLC was discussed. They have to come to an agreement with the Goddard Family, LLC for a total payment of $704,875. There has been $667,875 paid already and there is $37,000 left to be paid. The agreement was approved.
Airport Manager Jerry Scheidler gave a report. It has been business as usual out at the airport. The hangars are full and there are 5 people on the waiting list.
The board approved the payment of bills.
