The Greensburg Board of Zoning Appeals met on Tuesday.
Chris Martin requested a variance for size and setback of an accessory structure in an R-2 zoning classification. This is to build a garage. The petitioner owns the property behind this and the property is shaped oddly due to roads. There were no neighbor complaints. This was approved.
