The Greensburg Redevelopment Commission met on Thursday.
The elected officers are as follow: President- Dr. Dave Weigel, Vice President- Darren Burkhart, and Secretary- Ken Dornich.
City Engineer Ron May discussed the Residential Development Project. The developer is currently working behind the scenes on lift station details and sorting out the current sanitary system in order to find the best spot for a force main to be installed. They hope to start the platting discussion in March which will need to be brought before the City Area Plan Commission. There was a discussion on Pirate Park funding. The board had previously promised $150,000 to the funding of Pirate Park. These funds had not been expended yet, but will be soon as the building gets closer to completion.
The board approved the claims.
