Greg Pence Votes to Pass Bipartisan COVID Relief Deal

Washington, D.C. U.S. Congressman Greg Pence (IN-06) voted to pass the bipartisan, bicameral Omnibus and COVID-19 relief deal:

Bolstered PPP for business owners, support for working families and students, and funding for transportation and infrastructure needs is good news for Americans coping with the COVID-19 pandemic. This package is a big step in the right direction in our efforts to fully reopen America and I look forward to President Trump swiftly signing it into law.

It is frustrating, however, that extreme political partisanship from Democrat Leadership stopped this support from being delivered to suffering Americans much earlier. Relief for struggling American families is not a political issue. Congress needs to actually show up to work and put petty politics aside so we can put this pandemic behind us once and for all, said Congressman Pence.
