Gilliland Howe Funeral home put on a Memorial Day Service at South Park Cemetery on Monday. The event included the hanging of the wreaths for each war, the singing of the National Anthem and God Bless America, the chiming of the bells for the fallen soldiers, a bagpipe performance of Amazing Grace, and the Honor Guard accompanied by Taps.
