South Decatur hosted South Dearborn Spartans on Saturday for basketball action. The Cougars scored early in the first and closed it out leading 20-16. The second quarter had the Cougars continuing to battle for the lead as the Spartans fought hard for a comeback. Halftime had South Decatur up 42-34.
