The Pirates traveled to rival Batesville for the Bulldog season opener on Friday. The game started off quickly with heavy back and forth point scoring. However by halftime the Bulldogs had taken control of the game. Greensburg was unable to get out of foul trouble and gave Batesville a lead of 11 points. A few three point scores in the last minutes of the game helped but didn’t give Greensburg the win. Final Score 63 Batesville Greensburg 51.
Greensburg will battle Triton Central on December 13 at 7:30pm.
