| Chargers head into sectional with a 12-9 regular season record. In a quickly organized game to replace next Monday’s opponent, North Decatur fell to Lawrenceburg 14-1 on Friday. The Chargers put together 8 hits during the game but could not dent the plate but one time. The Tigers’ offensively-talented team scored 14 runs off of 14 hits. Ty Litmer started the game and took the loss for the Chargers. The team now waits until next Thursday, May 26th for their sectional matchup against Milan. The game is scheduled for 7:30 p.m. and will be played at South Ripley High School. The winner of this game advances to the championship game at 11 a.m. on Monday, May 30th. |
