7th grade Lady Chargers fell to Lady Spartans in 3 matches, 25-22, 16-25, 12-15. Kendall Nicholson lead the Lady Chargers with 6 serving aces, Claire Grote had 5 aces, Arwen Choate had 2 aces, while Caroline Bedel, Lydea Amburgey, Hayden Himes and Kelly Horstman all had 1 ace. Kelly H, Claire G, Arwen C , Kendall N and Emma Koors used their setting skills to assist Rylee Morgan and Emmy Metz in their spiking attacks.
8th grade Lady Chargers defeated the Lady Spartans in 2 sets. 25-17 and 25-12. Emma Henderson lead the chargers with 8 Aces and 5 Kills. Lennon Hancock had 5 Aces and 3 Assists. Macy Comer had 4 Aces, 2 kills, and 2 digs. Elaina Ertel had 2 Aces and 2 digs. Elizabeth Rennekamp had 2 Aces, 2 kills, and 1 dig. It was a well rounded team effort by the chargers. The chargers will take on the JCD Lady Eagles on Tuesday at home.
