The North Decatur Lady Charger JV squad came away with a non-confernce win at home on Tuesday night, defeating Jac-Cen-Del 48-20.
After a slow start to the game, the Lady Chargers opened up the scoring with baskets from Ally Whitaker, Kacie Ogden, and Emma Schoettmer. The team led by two after the first quarter 13-11.
Ogden continued her scoring trend in the 2nd quarter with 2 field goals and 2 from the line. Sydney Rohls contributed in her quarter of action nicely with 7 total points. Jo Whitaker knocked in three points in the period, sister Ally also made two buckets to extend the lead to 33-13 at the break.
North outscored the Lady Eagles in the second half 15-7 to win the game by 28 points and notch their 7th straight victory (8-4 overall).
