The Greensburg Pirates were able to have an additional home game on Friday. Connersville still has some construction at their field so Greensburg hosted. Greensburg started strong scoring first however the Spartans returned tying the score up at the end of the first quarter. Connersville was able to take over the second quarter scoring twice going into halftime 20-7. Greensburg scored in the third but by the end of four the Spartans also scored. Final Score Connersville 28 Greensburg 14.
The Pirates will play Lawrenceburg at home on Friday September 12 at 7pm.
