| Chargers run well at the Brown County Sectionals |

| The North Decatur Chargers traveled to Eagle Park in Brown County on Saturday to compete in Sectional action and 2 Lady Chargers earned their way to next weeks Regionals at Evansville. Dorothy Robbins (23:25) and Norah Amberger (23:26 and a new career PR) ran tremendous races and qualified as individuals to compete for at least one more week representing North Decatur. Junior Ava Lecher (24:56) ran one of her best times of the season at sectionals as did Emerson Gunn (26:27). Brooklyn White (26:32), Olivia Reisman (27:13) and Jessie Biltz (27:46) all ran outstanding races and concluded their seasons by competing at a very high level during tournamnet action. The Regional next Saturday will be ran at Angel Mounds in Evansville with a 10:30 CT start time. The Charger Cross Country program is excited to watch Dot and Norah battle some of the state’s best with a birth to the State Finals on the line! |
