Evelyn Weber, 99, of Greensburg passed away on September 14, 2023. She was born on July 7, 1924 in Brookville, Indiana, the daughter of Walter and Mae (Venter) King. She married Loren Ralph Weber on September 21, 1941.
Evelyn was a farmer’s wife and homemaker raising five children. She was a member of the New Point Christian Church. Evelyn loved spending time with her family and all of her animals. She and Loren spent all their free time riding horses.
Survivors include: Daughters- Donna Whitson of Cincinnati, OH, Janet Miller of Greensburg, Sons- Dennis (Margie) Weber, David (Connie) Weber, James (Edna) Weber of Greensburg, Sister, Bernice (Sheldon) Alverson; 12 Grandchildren, 29 Great Grandchildren, and 16 Great Great Grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her Parents; Husband; Brothers, Robert W. King and Edward R. King; Sisters, Alice Busser, Betty Rohlfing. Mary Dudley and Joyce N. King.
A visitation for family and friends will be held at the Gilliland-Howe Funeral Home on Monday, September 18, 2023 from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Funeral will be at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday, September 19, 2023. Pastor Dennis Spears will be officiating. Burial will follow at Rossburg Cemetery. Memorial Contributions can be made to the Greensburg Animal Shelter or the New Point Christian Church.
