Brian James Nobbe, 54, of Greensburg passed away on October 21, 2022. He was born on September 27, 1968 in Greensburg, the son of Richard and Mildred Meyer Nobbe. Brian was a 1987 graduate of Greensburg High School. He married Jennifer Haley on May 3, 1997 and together they had three children, Travis, Alaina and Jenna. Brian worked for the Greensburg School Corporation and was also a full time hemorrhoid to his wife (his words). He was a member of the St. Mary’s Catholic Church, Son of the American Legion, and spent his free time playing softball at the Men’s Diamonds with his friends.
Survivors include: Wife, Jennifer Nobbe; Son, Travis Nobbe; Daughters, Alaina and Jenna Nobbe; Siblings, Rick (Kay) Nobbe, Marilyn (Randy) Hoeing, Steve (Teresa) Nobbe and Robert (Pam) Nobbe; Mother in Law, Pat Haley; Brother in Law, Donald Haley; and several Nieces and Nephews. He was preceded in death by his Parents.
A rosary will be prayed at the Gilliland-Howe Funeral Home on Tuesday, October 25, 2022 at 2:00 pm followed by a reception styled gathering for friends and family from 3:00 to 7:00 pm. He wants his friends to come and share stories with each other. He left strict instructions that he does not want a line and to BYOB. A Mass will be held at the St. Mary’s Catholic Church on Wednesday, October 26, 2022 at 11:00 am with Father John Meyer officiating. Burial will follow at the St. Mary’s Cemetery.
