Melinda “Mindy” Jane Herbert, 49, of Greensburg passed away on October 2, 2023. She was born on November 18, 1973 in Greensburg, Indiana, the daughter of Richard and Jane (Bainbridge) Herbert. Mindy graduated from Greensburg High School in 1992 and from Ball State University in 1997, with a degree in Anthropology Studies. Mindy was the historian of the family. She always snapped the best pictures, had the perfect card and brought the best gift for every occasions. Her nieces and nephews were carried in her heart. She worked at Lee’s Inn in Greensburg, at the front desk.
Survivors include: Siblings, Deborah (Patrick) Romoser, Timothy (Julia) Herbert, Thomas Herbert and Daniel Herbert; Nieces and Nephews, Kaitlin Herbert, Ethan Herbert, Jared Romoser, Joseph Romoser, Alyssa (Jesse) Wood, Cory Herbert and Justin Herbert; Great Nieces and Nephews, David, Simone, River, Rylan, Kinley, Easton and Brody. She was preceded in death by her Parents and Great Niece, Amelia Herbert.
